Overview:

Are you looking for a fun way to show everyone who your biggest fans are? Now you can wear them on your shirt! 

Each fan donates $20 and gets their name on a shirt that you can proudly wear all season long. If any of your fans would also like a t shirt they can order one as well for an additional $25. 

Step 1: Reach out to your friends and family and ask them if they would like to be your biggest fan! If they say yes, collect $20 and keep track of all names! **You must collect a minimum of 3 names.** The maximum number of fans for your shirt is 35.

Step 2: Using the form below, enter in all of your information. PLEASE make sure all information is correct.

Step 3: Using the form below, pay for the number of names you've collected for your shirt. Boosters will be confirming the information is correct so please try and be accurate in your count. DANCERS will receive a shirt. If anyone else in your fan group would like a shirt please add that quantity as well. It will be identical to the dancers shirt.
