TDC Boosters is excited to partner once again with Gertens Winter Greenery for our annual holiday fundraiser! This year, we’re making things easier than ever with an online-only ordering platform — no paper forms, no checks, no hassle!

 

πŸ›’ How to Order

•All orders must be placed online through our fundraiser page:

•When prompted, enter our Store ID: 431 to access the TDC Boosters fundraiser.

•Payments are collected directly through the website — no money will be handled by sellers.

•When checking out, be sure to include your dancer’s name in the seller’s name section when placing an order so they receive proper fundraising credit.

 

πŸ“… Important Dates

•Order Deadline: Monday, October 27th at 10:00β€―PM

•Delivery Date: Wednesday, November 19th (time TBD) - All products will be delivered to The Dance Complex for pickup. All orders must be picked up on the delivery date by the seller.

 

🎟️ Promoting the Fundraiser

 

•TDC Boosters has business cards with a QR code that links directly to the Gertens Fundraiser online ordering site. These cards make it easy to promote the fundraiser door-to-door, at work, or to family and friends — just scan the code, enter Store ID 431, and shop online!

•Promote the fundraiser on your social media channels using the sample media graphics.

 

πŸ’š Why Participate

•Every purchase supports our dancers! TDC Boosters will receiveβ€―30%β€―of all plant sales andβ€―15%β€―of all plant card sales. Your individual fundraising account will receive 90% of your sales profits. (10% supports the General Fund)

•High-quality winter greenery from Gertens adds festive cheer to your home or makes a perfect holiday gift.

 

 

 

How To Collect Funds After The Fundraiser

Funds from the Fundraiser will be available on our TDC Booster account approximately 2 weeks AFTER you pick up the items. You will be able to see the total amount you received from the fundraiser in your account on the TDC Booster website. In order to collect the funds you will need to: 

  • Create a TDC Booster account HERE
  • Hover over “My Account”
  • Click “My Forms/Paperwork”
  • Select "Expense Reimbursement Form”
  • Follow the steps on the form and TDC Boosters will send you the funds from your account.
